1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 444kb online gaming platform ("Platform", "444kb", "we" or "us") and registered users ("you", "user" or "member"). 444kb provides a safe and entertaining online gaming service for players in Bangladesh.

3 Account Management

3.1 Security and Password

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, we may carry out an identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) process. This may require a copy of your National ID card (NID), passport or birth registration certificate. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the withdrawal request may be put on hold.

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may contact our support team at any time to request a temporary or permanent closure of your account. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance held.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Deposit Terms

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus can only be received once; it is not possible to claim multiple welcome bonuses on a single account.
• If the wagering condition is not met within the specified time from the date the bonus was issued, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Game provider restrictions may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.

6 Game and Betting Rules

A member may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on their activity and loyalty. VIP tier changes are at our discretion and we reserve the right to change VIP terms and conditions at any time.

12 Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444kb will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages. This includes:

• Delays caused by issues with a third-party payment provider
• Service interruptions due to uncontrollable natural or technical causes
• Unauthorized access to an account by an unauthorized third party
